Cancellation Policy
**LudovicoBooths LLC company policies. Thank you for choosing LudovicoBooths LLC for your event! We understand that plans can change, so we've created a fair and straightforward cancellation policy to protect both your time and ours. 1. **Booking** *All Bookings must be paid in full online or in-person before the team sets up the equipment. 2. **Cancellation Terms** * If you choose to cancel the 50$ security deposit will not be refunded to you. your payment for the event will be refunded to you. you can however reschedule for a later date by contacting Ludovico free of charge we'll just use your current booking funds and push it to the date desired. 3. **Rescheduling** * You can reschedule up to 2 days before your event. 4. **Force Majeure** In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled date at no additional cost or a full refund will be issued 5. **No-Show Policy** If our team arrives at your event and is unable to set up or operate due to client-related issues (e.g., venue access, no power, etc.), it will be treated as a cancellation, and a refund will not be issued thats to include event total and the security deposit. 6. Travel fee. Any city in NC thats more than 2 hours away from Fayetteville NC, will be charge a small travel fee raging from 50$-200$
